The mixed-use retail, leisure and entertainment project is an iconic development, the architectural form of which is derived from the emblem of Azerbaijan inspired by the geometric shape of the Sydney Opera House.
The building is comprise 7 primary levels including 2 levels of basement parking to approximately -8m below site level. A central tower is rise to approximately 70 m. The current concept design has been developed focusing on a mixed use of retail, leisure and entertainment.
The gross building are is around 120,000 m².
